AI and advanced analytics for equipment and inspection management, enabling digital twins and reducing costs
The Smart Equipment Passport (SEP) is a digital platform that uses Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics to create digital identities for equipment in the process industry. It gathers information from multiple data sources to build a single point of truth for internal and external use across the value chain. SEP improves the quality of master data and maintenance information, enabling the creation of valid digital twins. Digital identities are linked to equipment through 2D barcodes, allowing engineers to access information anytime on the factory floor.
SEP offers the possibility to exchange information throughout the inspection management process. All participants can decide what information to share and can update it at any time.
Intelligent algorithms contextualize and harmonize information from all parties to create a unified data set accessible to everyone.
Smart integrations into systems are available for all participants. Equipment can be labeled with data matrix codes to connect the analog and digital worlds.
Reducing complexity and cost in inspection processes to improve quality at the same time.
Passports can be exchanged between different plants to compare information and enrich insights.
SEP provides fast search across all internal and external equipment-related information. Frequently accessed documents can be saved as favorites on the start page. Recent searches are displayed and can be accessed with a single click.
Each piece of equipment has its own digital passport, accessible via physical data matrix codes and linked to other internal applications.
SEP is a digital platform that can be used by internal and external stakeholders. Access and rights can be managed through existing authentication providers and configured within SEP. 2D barcodes can link equipment directly to its equipment passport.
SEP allows users to track the status and location of equipment during a Turn Around. At the same time, inspection and maintenance activities during daily operations are supported and integrated into a process management environment.
SEP has digitized P&IDs with a precision of ~99%
SEP can recognize technical drawings such as P&IDs and extract different equipment types along with their naming.
Based on this information, tags can be mapped to FLOCs with approximately 99% accuracy. SEP generates powerful spreadsheets and DEXPI XML files containing all relevant master data and issues.
SEP can contextualize all relevant data sources to create a single point of truth. This information can be used to generate missing data, correct existing data, and enable the setup of Digital Twins.
The matching of internal and external data records for equipment and schedules is automated. Any records that are not automatically matched can be handled manually. Unit managers can easily explore external data and create the missing matches to correct information or generate an action list for incomplete maintenance activities.
SEP can use several different data sources to automatically generate a single data record for an equipment with aprecision of >97%, using internal and external information on FLOC,equipment and inspection schedule granularity.
SEP is a digital platform that can be used by internal and external stakeholders. Access and rights management can be managed inside the existing authentication providers and configured in SEP. The validation tool allows human-machine interaction to validate master data and inspection schedules.
